Meet the Staff of Advanced Dental Care
Annie Higgins – Office Manager
Annie was born and raised in Johnson City, Tennessee. She graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. After graduating college she worked for 911 for 6 years then prior to moving to Valdosta she managed a dental practice in Johnson City for 10 years. Annie has been with ADC since 2011, starting at the front desk and working her way to Office Manager in 2013. On the weekends she spends most of her time on the road traveling to watch her son race dirt or asphalt late models. During football season she is cheering on the UT Vols! Annie loves storms and riding with the storm chasers is on her bucket list! If you have any questions- she’s your girl!
Casey Evans – Scheduling Coordinator
Casey graduated High School in Worth County, Georgia. She has been a Dental Receptionist since 2010 and been with ADC since November 2017. Casey is married with two kids. She enjoys shopping and spending time with her family. Casey loves the water and Georgia Football. Go Dawgs!
Katelyn Wilkes - Scheduling Coordinator
Katelyn grew up in Dallas, Tx and moved to Valdosta in 2007. She graduated from Valdosta High School. Go Cats! She is married and has two children, Brooks and Peyton Jane. Katelyn has loved learning everything dental as she just started in 2019. She loves to do anything that involves a good cookout!!
Brittany Behrens - Scheduling Coordinator
Brittany (Brytenie) is from Miami, Florida but has lived most of her life in Georgia. She is a single mom of an extraordinary 5 year old little boy, Camden Jake. She graduated from assisting school in 2017 but finds herself more at home working the front desk. Her favorite season is football season, ROLL TIDE!!! She enjoys weekend adventures, try out new cuisine and everything about the beach!!
Raquel Villegas - Insurance Coordinator
Raquel graduated from Valley View High School in California. She has been with ADC since July 2016 and brings over 18 years of dental experience to our team. She is married with three boys, and loves spending time outdoors with her family. Raquel is terrified of frogs and would love to have a shopping spree at Ulta or Sephora.
Jaycee Norman, RDH - Hygienist
Jaycee is from Valdosta, Georgia, and graduated from Lowndes High School in 2011. She attended Valdosta State University and graduated with her Associates of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been with ADC since she graduated college in 2015. Jaycee stays busy with her 5 chickens, 4 dogs, 1 baby girl- AJ, and 1 husband - Jace. If you ever find Jaycee at happy hour, she is most likely sitting down with chips and salsa, guacamole, fries, and monster cookies. Go Wildcats!
Jennifer Doetsch, RDH – Hygienist
Jennifer is originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee. She attended Valdosta State University and graduated with her Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She joined the ADC family in 2015. Jennifer lives in Hahira, Georgia with her husband Jason and their rescue dog, Zeus. Jennifer loves being outdoors and will do anything for an adrenaline rush including, skydiving, parasailing and zip lining! There isn't really anything this girl won't try!
Lauren Conine, RDH - Hygienist
Lauren is from Nashville, Georgia and is a 2010 graduate of Berrien High School. She attended Valdosta State University and Wiregrass Technical College graduating with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She joined the ADC family in 2015. Lauren currently lives in Lakeland, Georgia with her husband Allen, and their chocolate lab, Luke. Lauren loves home décor and shopping at stores such as TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby, and Home Goods.
Annie Whittington, RDH – Hygienist
Annie is from Homerville, Georgia, where she graduated from Clinch County High School in 2009. She then attended Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and Middle Georgia Technical College where she graduated in 2013 with and Associate in Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Annie joined the ADC family in 2017. If Annie is not out celebrating Taco Tuesday or Thirsty Thursday, she is on her porch grilling and listening to 90's country!!
Phyllis Sparks – Dental Assistant
Phyllis graduated from Berrien High School. Phyllis later attended VSU for several computer classes. She has worked chairside with Dr. Bill Moorman for over 40 years. Phyllis is married with 6 children. In her spare time she enjoys turkey hunting and being outdoors. Philly also gives the best massages around ADC!
Heather Patrick - Dental Assistant
Heather is from Kentucky and has her EDDA Certification and Bachelors in Science in Business Administration. Heather has been a Dental Assistant since 2010 and has been with ADC since 2015 working with Dr. Woodward. She enjoys running, roller derby, binge watching Netflix, and Spartan races. Heather dislikes slugs, and one day hopes to travel around the world. Go Big Blue!
Kasey Lucas - Dental Assistant
Kasey is from Lake Park, Georgia and attended Georgia Military and Valdosta State University and has been working as a Dental Assistant since 2008. She joined our ADC team in 2018 as Dr. Woodward’s assistant. Kasey is married with 2 kids. She enjoys painting, fishing, and decorating in her free time.
Holley Carter – Dental Assistant
Holley is originally from Leesburg, Georgia and is a 2005 graduate of Lee county High School. She attended Albany Technical College and graduated from the Dental Assistant Program in 2008. She has worked at Advanced Dental Care as Certified Dental Assistant since 2011. Holley lives in Lakeland, Georgia with her husband Garrett and their three children Gage, Lila and Cash. In her spare time, she enjoys painting and refinishing furniture.
Angela Pitts – Dental Assistant
Angela is a the Dental Assistant to Dr. Ashley Moorman. She has been in dentistry for 25+ years. She is the proud mom of two grown children, Austin and Kaylon. She enjoys spending time with friends, concerts and traveling.
Amanda Senft - Lab Assistant
Amanda is originally from Valdez, Alaska, but relocated to Valdosta in 2016 with her husband who is in the Air Force. She attended the University of Alaska Anchorage, and has been a Dental Assistant since 2010. Amanda has been with ADC since 2018. Her parents own a macadamia nut farm in Hawaii where they also harvest honey – therefore got the nickname “Honey Bear”. Amanda has one dog named Rodeo Bear, who is extremely spoiled.
